1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qrivo ("the Platform"), including our QR generator studio, dynamic redirect servers, and analytics dashboards, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse Policies
Qrivo empowers creators and businesses to distribute links and media. However, you strictly agree never to use Qrivo for:
- Phishing campaigns or deceptive identity spoofing.
- Distributing malicious software, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
- Illegal gambling, fraud, pyramid schemes, or unverified financial solicitations.
- Circumventing platform security controls or automated edge rate limiting.
We reserve the right to instantaneously suspend or permanently null-route any dynamic QR code detected in violation of these security guidelines without notice.
3. Service Continuity for Dynamic QR Codes
We understand that once a QR code is printed on physical packaging, billboards, or business cards, changing the printed matrix is impossible. Qrivo strives to ensure 99.99% redirect uptime and commits to preserving active dynamic redirects for paid and active accounts.
4. Subscriptions, Invoicing, and Cancellations
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period.
